Placing an order on our website is done in the following simple steps:

In your shopping cart you can adjust or add different data during the ordering process. You can change the number of items to order with the + or - sign. Easily remove items from your cart by clicking on the trash can. Do you have a discount code? Use this by clicking on the 'Action or coupon code' link, filling in the code and then clicking 'Add'. Choose where you want to receive your package under the heading 'Delivery or pick up yourself'. You can choose during the order on which day you want to receive your package. You can fill this in step 3 of the ordering process, under the heading 'Delivery date'.
Log in or register If you already have an account with Bugsonline, you can access your data via the 'Log in' button and complete your order even faster. If you do not have an account yet, you can choose to create it under 'My Account'. Creating an account is not necessary for placing an order, but offers many advantages. The ordering process will be a lot faster next time and you can view your invoices and payment confirmations at any time. This can be useful, for example in case of warranty.
enter your information Under the heading 'Data' you enter all the information required to process your order, including a name and a delivery address in the Netherlands.
Delivery and payment options Enter your billing and delivery address here and then choose the way you want to pay. With us you can pay with Ideal, Bank transfer, Paypal and Bancontact (Mister Cash).
Check and confirm On this overview page you can check once more whether everything you have filled in is correct. Totally satisfied? Then click on 'Pay order'. Your order is only completed when you have received the order confirmation and invoice or payment confirmation via e-mail. Keep this e-mail well, because with the order number we can help you quickly if you have questions. In addition, the invoice is also your guarantee certificate.
